Refund policy
If there is a technical issue with the items you have ordered please contact us in the first instance and we will do our very best to put this right for you. Please contact us via email at hello@saffronicecream.co.uk and we will come back to you within 7 working days.
Damages and issues
Please check your order thoroughly upon collection and contact us immediately if the item/s is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will require your order number, product name and batch/best before numbers from the packaging along with details of the damages/issues
Exchanges
In line with the accreditations we hold and adhere to, we are unable to offer exchanges on food products
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your picture, batch/best before number and text detail to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to process this as soon as possible but please bear in mind this may have a couple of days to show on your bank statement.
