Our Spring 2026 Newsletter!
Lighter brighter days are ahead and aren’t we all ready for it… we’re all enjoying the slightly brighter mornings and evenings! We’re well underway with our prep for the forthcoming season with stocks building to a very healthy level. We were exceptionally busy at Christmas time, far busier than we’ve ever been, so thank you all for your orders!

Improved texture!
We’ve spent a lot of time researching and experimenting with ingredients to improve the texture of our ice cream this winter as we’re always striving for better. As we produce at a ‘natural’ level we’ve never wanted to go down the lines of E number stabilisers (Xantham Gum, Guar Gum etc), especially with the bad rep they’ve had in the press recently. After lots of trials (and taste tests!) we have opted for our own blend of plant fibres. These give a creamier and denser mouthfeel and longer lasting flavour, so a really great step foward in our opinion. Our new recipes will be rolled out as current stocks deplete.

Alan Retires
Sadly Alan, our Mr Tuesday and Mr Wednesday delivery driver, has had to retire due to ill health following a poor recovery from his fall at home nearly a year ago. Thanks for everything Alan.

Potato Milk no more!
We were one of the early adopters to using potato milk in our vegan range. This hyper sustainable milk alternative doesn’t seem to have taken off so sadly the company has shut shop – we are seeking alternatives for our vegan range.
